We’ll lock in all the details: location, timing, and any special instructions. Drop-offs are always free during open hours (or by appointment), while pickup & delivery is $0.50/mile roundtrip with the first 10 miles free. (A minimum labor charge applies for drop-offs: $50 for 4-stroke, $25 for 2-stroke.)
Once your machine arrives, we perform a thorough inspection or full diagnostic check. We’ll send you a clear parts quote for approval before proceeding.
When repairs are done, we email your detailed invoice and call to let you know it’s ready. Payment is due upon pickup (or delivery).*
